Is it okay for a Doctor to let you go because hes to busy to deal with you?

In the US a Dr. can drop you as a patient without legal problems. He should provide other Drs. That you could possibly see instead. Your medical records are also your legal property. This means he also had to provide you with copies of your records upon written request. You then can take them to another Dr. it is unethical to tell another Dr. that you are a "difficult" patient.that doesnt mean he won't verbally tell another Dr. on the US. You can report him to the states bar association. I dont know what to tell you about your school records. Your claims adjuster for your store injury should continue to obtain your records. If you dont have a personal injury lawyer you might want to obtain one. They can work for you and will obtain all records and evaluate and provide to your claims adjuster. It is possible a lawyer will be able to get you more money in a settlement. Gooduck.
