Is this an unsafe heart rate?

Is a pulse of 110 bpm safe? Btw I'm completly at rest and not really stressed out and I can physically SEE my heart beat on my chest. Plus it kinda hurts. It's been like this for about an hour but I've had episodes like this before. Also, I'm anemic and and easy fainter.
