Is it okay to drink both V8 and Ensure if you are anemic?

I am 19 years old,either 4'11 or 5'1 and weigh around 90lbs (which is supposedly under weight in America). I am also anemic. Today I bought a pack of 48 small cans of V8 Low Sodium 100% Vegetable Juice (which I drank 3 cans of) before I found out about Ensure. I do not want to waste the V8 but I still want to get Ensure. If I am anemic and want to gain weight,is drinking both Ensure and V8 good for me?
